Welcoming tutor

The first point of reference is the welcoming tutors:

facilitate the integration of freshers in the initial phase (attendance at lessons), participation in study groups, ...)
they help to find information on exams programmes, teaching materials, registration procedures for exams, exercises, events and other educational activities
resolve the most common doubts, and can indicate the competent offices for more complex questions
manage the Freshers' Forums to which all new students are invited to register via Aulaweb
