Calendar and Deadlines for Bachelor's Degree Sessions

The discussions (final exam) will take place according to the discussion calendar, which is usually sent one week before the start of the session.    
The proclamations (conferral of the degree) will take place according to the time indicated in the discussion calendar or in the subsequent proclamation calendar.    
The calendars are usually published one week before the start of the discussions and proclamations, and are sent to candidates via email at the address provided in the degree application.

Start date of the session: October 6, 2025  
 

The discussions (final exam) will take place from October 6 to October 21, 2025, according to the discussion calendar, which is usually sent one week before the start of the session.      

  

DeadlineActivities to be completed by the deadline
15/09/2025 (11:59:59 p.m.)- completion and confirmation of the degree application by the bachelor student  
- payment of the stamp duty for the printing of the diploma parchment (the €16.00 payment slip generated after confirming the application ONLY IF, during completion, the student chooses to print the degree parchment)  
- submission of the pdf file of the final paper to the supervisor who assigned the paper
19/09/2025 (11:59:59 p.m.)- plagiarism check and verification of the paper by the supervisor  
- approval of the degree application by the supervisor
25/09/2025 (11:59:59 p.m.)

- submission by the graduating student of the final version in .pdf format of the final paper to the email address tesidilaurea@economia.unige.it

(Note: in case the UPLOAD function for the bachelor final paper is activated, proper communication will be provided)


NB. The submission of the final paper to the email address tesidilaurea@economia.unige.it currently replaces the upload in the University repository (UniRe Digital Archive of degree theses). Upon receipt of the discussion calendar, each candidate must mandatorily send a copy of the final paper in pdf to the email address of the second examiner.

 

PROCLAMATION: October 17 and 24, 2025        
Candidates are invited to report to the reception desk in front of the designated lecture hall - together with their guests, RESPECTING THE LIMITS OF PERSONS INDICATED IN THE CONVOCATION - well in advance of the start of the session, to allow regular access to the hall without causing delays or inconveniences.


The degree sessions take place at the Department of Economics, Via Vivaldi 5, Genoa.
