Are you a student with a disability, a Specific Learning Disorder (DSA) or Special Educational Needs (BES)?
If you have uploaded your diagnostic certification online and are duly enrolled, by following the procedures below you may request compensatory tools and/or dispensatory measures in order to take the TE.L.E.MA.CO. initial knowledge test for admission to Bachelor’s degree programmes, the assessment of the adequacy of your personal preparation for admission to Master’s degree programmes — the so-called admission test — course exams and the final degree examination.

Requests for admission tests to Master’s degree programmes
- What: to find out which accommodations you may request, please consult this webpage.
- How: send an email explaining which tools/measures you need, attaching any concept maps, where applicable.
- To whom: to the Chair of the Committee and to the Department Contact Person, Professor Elena Lagomarsino.
- When: at least 7 working days before the date of the test.
- Condition: unlike additional time, which is always granted, the use of concept maps and/or other tools or measures is allowed only subject to prior authorisation by the Chair of the Committee.
Requests for course exams

- How:
- Students with disabilities, certified disability and DSA: use the Accommodation Request Form available on this webpage;
- Students with BES: send an email to the teacher in charge of the course unit and to the Department Contact Person, Professor Elena Lagomarsino, explaining which tools/measures you need and attaching any concept maps, where applicable. - When: at least 7 working days before the date of the test.
- Condition: unlike additional time, which is always granted, the use of concept maps and/or other tools or measures is allowed only subject to prior authorisation by the teacher in charge of the course unit.
Requests for the final degree examination

- How: send an email explaining which tools/measures you need and attaching any concept maps, where applicable.
- To whom: to the Teaching Support Office and to the Department Contact Person, Professor Elena Lagomarsino.
- When: at least 7 working days before the examination.
- Condition: you may use the requested tools/measures only if they have been authorised in advance by the Degree Examination Board.
Common rules
- Authorisation to use compensatory tools/dispensatory measures applies only to the test or examination for which it has been requested. If you wish to use them for a subsequent test or examination — for example, if you do not pass an exam session — you must submit a new request following the same procedure.
- All concept maps that you intend to use during a test or examination must be attached to the request.
- In addition to requests for accommodations, you may access further services for students with disabilities and DSA, such as peer tutoring, meetings with psychologists specialising in study methods, loan of technical equipment, personal assistance, Italian Sign Language (LIS) interpreting and other specific services.
