Incoming Student Guidance

Nel corso dell'anno il DIEC organizza:

The Orientation Internship offers students in their 4th and 5th year of upper secondary school the opportunity to get to know the Department, attend university lectures for a first-hand experience of academic teaching, and take part in dedicated seminars and workshops. The programme has a total duration of 7 hours, which can be counted towards the required hours for PCTO – Pathways for Transversal Skills and Orientation).

The Summer School, held at the Department, is designed for students in their 4th year of upper secondary school. It offers practical workshops and group work on topics developed in collaboration with partner companies, providing a concrete experience through which students can understand how the courses offered by the Degree Programme prepare them for potential career paths.

The DIEC Summer School – Future Cup Workshop is part of the initiatives promoted by the national TALENTI – POT network for Economics, Management, and Tourism.

The workshop is aimed at 3rd-year high school students. It provides basic skills (business culture) useful for taking the first steps into the world of tomorrow’s work. The key elements of the experience are:
📌 direct contact with a partner company involved in the initiative
📌 active teaching methods, including project work, group activities, and a peer-to-peer education approach

An initial meeting with newly enrolled students, an opportunity to get to know our campus and receive useful first information about university life.

See you on September 15, 2025!
