Study plan submission

The study plan is each student’s annual academic work plan.
At the beginning of each academic year, usually between September and October, you must indicate in your study plan the course units, both compulsory and elective, for the year in which you are enrolling.
Completing the study plan is necessary in order to book examinations for the current year and, where applicable, for previous years.
Please note: You may not sit examinations for course units that have not been included in your study plan.

You may complete your study plan only during the designated submission period and during any subsequent reopening period.
After the deadline, the study plan may be completed only by requesting that it be reopened by contacting the Student Desk by email.
To find out when the study plan submission period opens, please visit this web page.

Complete your study plan online through the Study Plans function, available under Online Services > Academic Record > Study Plans.

Please note: Complete your study plan only after carefully consulting the Study Programme Table for the relevant academic year and cohort, and after attending the information and guidance meetings where useful instructions are provided to support informed completion of the study plan. Visit this web page for further details.

First-year students who have not passed or have not taken the Telemaco assessment

If you have not yet fulfilled your Additional Learning Requirements (O.F.A.), you may submit a study plan limited to the O.F.A., attend classes, and take any mid-term assessments.
If you have not yet taken TELEMACO, you may attend classes and take any mid-term assessments, but you may not submit your study plan, at least until after the final Telemaco session.

Students enrolled in years subsequent to the first

You may complete your study plan only after you have already evaluated the teaching quality of the degree programme for the previous year.
